Eksessively Bangin'Showfest.... Reguardless of the Curse, We Still Made It
About the curse....for the past 3 years we have been trying to make it out to Showfest. Back when I wasdriving the sentra to shows and covering I had headed out and got 5 hours into the trip and problems with my tires and had to turn around the next day and go back home. The next year something happened I think had to do with money and couldnt make it that year and then last year the transmission in the dully went out the wednesday before the show and the soonest we could get one in the truck was the following Monday. So finally this year we got all ready for the trip and crossed our fingers and drove out onto the highway not knowing what we were gonna run into. Well, first off, before we even hit the road we got delayed. We met at 3 or so in the morning Friday so we could get a head start on things. There was a shipment that was suppose to be in on Thursday and I realized when we met Friday morning that it wasnt there.
