DROPJAW'S BEER PONG HISTORY

Beer Pong has been around as long as creative drunks have been getting together to drink. Its been underground for years and enjoyed by many but never became a main stream show scene game until we were at Cruisefest Natioals in Ohio a few years back and had our usual party booth set up at the show and some people grabbed one of our tables and started playing it. Once we saw this and how much everyone enjoyed it, we decided to bring it to our area and to our shows and make it one of DropJaw's thangs that you just come to expect from us. Ever since then we have been holding Beer Pong Tounys and games at some of the show scene's hottest shows and motel parking lots. It was created by people who enjoy drinking with their friends and making new ones while drinking. Of course you have to be 21 to sign up for the Beer Pong Tournament so get your team together and get ready to get your drink on.

BEER PONG RULES
We use 6 cups on each side, aligned in rows...3 in the back, 2in front of that, then 1... All cups must be touching, so it forms a triangle. Each cup is filled about 1/3 with beer. There is a team of two on each side of the table. One team starts the game by each person tossing a ping pong ball and trying to get it into one of the cups. If you get the ball into one of the opposing teams cups, one member of the opposing team drinks the beer in that cup, team members alternate who drinks the beer every time the other team gets a ball in their cup. Once the beer is drunk from that cup, the cup is placed aside and out of the triangle. Once the team has taken their two shots at the cups, the other team shoots back, and it goes on like that. The point of the game is to eliminate all of the other teams cups. The shot can be direct or can be bounced off the table into the cup. If it is bounced and made into the cup the opposing team must drink two cups but also if the ball is bounced, it can be swatted by the opposing team. Also, if both members of a team make their shots consecutively, the 2 balls are returned to that team and they get another chance.
